1 come up against

這是個(gè)常用詞，但是作者在上課的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)詞經(jīng)常成為大部分同學(xué)的聽力障礙，換言之，這個(gè)詞不是那么多人熟悉它，所以在這里把它單拎出來解釋一下。
1) Can they compel obedience from us? 他們能迫使我們聽從命令嗎?
2) I should assign you your share of labor, and compel you to accomplish it. 我要把屬于你的那份勞動(dòng)分配給你，并且強(qiáng)迫你完成它。
