12月27日，北京市第二中級(jí)人民法院依法對(duì)原國土資源部原部長田鳳山受賄一案作出一審判決，以受賄罪判處被告人田鳳山無期徒刑，剝奪政治權(quán)利終身，并處沒收個(gè)人全部財(cái)產(chǎn)。

報(bào)道中的life imprisonment意思是“無期徒刑”，imprisonment指“關(guān)押；監(jiān)禁”，life
imprisonment可以解釋為“終身監(jiān)禁”，也就是“無期徒刑”。
